Way to GO!

Compliments ROCK! And what could be better than a nod from the Commissioner of the NAHL. Thanks to a story written by Kirk Hardcastle, of the Globe Gazette, we are pleased to get the info that....

The commissioner liked what he saw.
Michael Santos, the commissioner and president of the North American Hockey League, walked away from the North Iowa Ice Arena Saturday night impressed with everything about the North Iowa Outlaws.

"The facility already is great and I can’t imagine what it’s going to look like in the next month or so. The turnout tonight is a packed house and from what I’ve been told I can expect to see a house like this for most home games."

Also, On Saturday, Junior A hockey returned to town and Santos said he’s positive the Outlaws can succeed under co-owners Craig and Mark Motz."We wouldn’t have come here if we didn’t think it would succeed," Santos said. "And the most important factor, aside from the community being so strong, is the Motz family."

So, Way TO GO! Everyone associated with the Outlaws! We are proud of you!
